PU Casting Compound, Brown is a two-component cold pouring electrical jointing and general casting system that hardens by chemical reaction of the components after mixing.

• Excellent electrical, mechanical and thermal properties; It is resistant to mechanical shock and has very good thermal stability; withstanding repeated cycling from below freezing point to 100°C; It is completely water resistant and resistant to most chemicals. It has excellent adhesion especially to PVC sheathed cables; Tech PU Casting Compound, Brown is fast setting and an accelerator can be added to speed up the reaction further; There is minimal shrinkage during setting, no stress cracking and there is very low heat development even with large casts; It contains fillers, which impart high abrasion resistance when machining; It is non - toxic and very easy to use and repair.

• All parts, moulds, joint boxes and equipment must be absolutely dry before pouring the Tech PU Casting Compound to avoid foaming; Keep compound containers tightly closed when not in use; Do not use resin compound components from different kits; Ensure that batch numbers match before mixing.
